One storefront for five branches

The problem

Each branch tracked stock by phone and chat. Customers could not tell which branch had an item, so they called or went elsewhere.

What we built

• One shared catalog, with stock counts that change by branch.
• A branch picker at the top of every page, remembered on the next visit.
• A simple admin panel where managers update stock in under a minute.
• Built mobile-first, since most visitors arrive on a phone.
